Overview
How your organization's first sites come onto DUET, what each of your teams provides, and what you get at each stage.
Onboarding brings your first sites onto DUET and builds a 3D physics-based model of each one. Within 60 days, you have a performance baseline for each site, the losses that cost you the most energy, and a prioritized plan to recover them.
Onboarding needs two of your teams:
| Team | Provides | Start here |
|---|---|---|
| Engineering, performance, and asset management | As-built designs, electrical configuration, and the KPIs you report against. | Prepare your site information |
| IT and systems integration | Access to DUET, and a connection from your systems to DUET for each site's data. | IT and data connectivity |
Your account manager coordinates both, and meets with your teams every two weeks.
Before onboarding starts
The 60 days start when all of the following are in place:
- Agreements, such as an NDA, are signed, and Enurgen has your purchase order.
- Enurgen has your site information for each site.
- Data access is set up, or an interim export is ready.
To keep the timeline, start gathering site information and arranging data access in parallel.
Stages
1. Performance baseline
Enurgen builds a model of each site from your as-built information, and loads up to 12 months of its history. DUET then sets a performance baseline: what each site should have produced under the weather it measured.
Enurgen compares the baseline with your budgeted PVsyst model to find and explain any gaps, and sets up KPIs to match how your team reports performance.
2. Operational deep-dive
DUET finds and quantifies the losses with the largest impact, from the meter down to inverters and strings, so your engineering, performance, and operations teams can focus on the issues with the greatest recovery potential.
Engineering drawings, datasheets, drone surveys, and operator manuals help explain what DUET finds. Share them with your account manager as you have them.
3. Action plan
Enurgen delivers a prioritized plan to increase energy yield. It separates losses you can recover from those you can't, and ranks each action by its energy and revenue impact.
Live data connections are in place by the end of onboarding, so you can add more sites to DUET without starting over.
What your teams use during onboarding
From the performance baseline onward, your teams have the DUET app, with:
- Dashboards for each site, down to blocks and inverters.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Issues that track each problem and what it's costing, with work orders that can sync with your maintenance system.
- The MCP connector, to ask AI assistants about your sites.
