Connect an assistant
Add the DUET MCP connector to Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or another assistant that supports MCP.
The connector works with any AI assistant that supports remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. You sign in with your DUET account, so the assistant sees only what you can see in DUET.
Before you begin
- You need a DUET account.
- The connector must be turned on for your account. If sign-in says the connector isn't available for your account yet, contact your account manager.
- Some assistants let only workspace admins add connectors. If you can't add one, ask your admin.
Add the connector
- In Claude, open Settings > Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Enter a name, such as
DUET Monitoring, and the URLhttps://mcp.enurgen.com/mcp. - Click Add, and then click Connect.
- Sign in with your DUET account, and allow Claude to read your monitoring data.
The sign-in page uses the DUET account that's signed in to your browser. To connect a different account, sign out of DUET first, or connect from a private window.
Check the connection
Ask the assistant a question about your sites, for example:
Which of my sites had the lowest performance index yesterday? The assistant asks for permission the first time it uses the connector, depending on its settings. The answer includes links to the matching pages in DUET.
Disconnect
To disconnect, do either of the following:
- Remove the connector in your assistant's settings.
- In DUET, open your account page and remove the assistant under Connected apps.
Access ends immediately. To connect again, repeat the steps on this page.
