Monitoring connector
Ask Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot about your solar and battery sites, and get the same numbers DUET's dashboards show.
The connector reads performance, losses, availability, data quality, issues and work orders for the sites your DUET account can open. It's read-only, so it never changes anything in DUET.

- Add DUET Monitoring from your assistant's connector directory, or add a custom connector with the address above.
- Sign in with your DUET account.
- Allow the assistant to read your monitoring data.
The connector must be turned on for your DUET account. If sign-in says it isn't available yet, contact us.
Try asking
- How did my portfolio perform last week?
- Which inverters underperformed yesterday at my largest site, and why?
- Break down last month's losses at a site by cause.
- Is any site's data stale or missing right now?
- What issues are open, and how much energy are they costing?
What it can see
- Only the organizations, portfolios and sites your DUET account can open.
- Read access only: no edits, no settings, no admin actions, whatever your role in DUET.
- Answers come from the same data as the dashboards, with a link to check each one in DUET.
Limits
- Each question covers at most 92 days.
- A single lookup covers at most 100 sites.
- Up to 120 requests a minute per user.
- A connection that goes unused for 90 days signs out, and you sign in again.
Disconnect
Remove the connector in your assistant, or open your DUET account page and remove it under Connected apps. Access ends straight away.
